Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This policy explains what information K-Fortuneteller handles and why. The short version: you can get a reading without an account, and we keep only what is needed to run the site.

What we handle

• Birth details you enter (date, optional time, calendar type). They are used to calculate your chart and are part of the page address of your result, so they pass through our hosting provider when the page is served. We do not save them in our database unless you choose to save a reading.
• Account email. If you sign in with a magic link, we store your email address to identify your account.
• Saved readings. If you press Save while signed in, the birth details and the result are stored in your account. You can delete any saved reading from your account page.
• Today's Fortune. If you enter your birth date there, it is remembered only in your own browser so the next visit is quicker. You can remove it with the “Forget my date” button or by clearing your browser data.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested page addresses for security and operation.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are used and to improve the site. It may set cookies and collect technical and usage data. You can block it with your browser settings or an extension.

How we use it

To calculate and show your readings, to run sign-in and saved readings, to keep the site secure, and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we rely on

• Netlify hosts the website.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
